*Instructions

1. Hydrate the inner surface of the product by immersing the entire product in a container filled with sterile saline.

2. Hold the handle of the hydrated product and open the inlet to insert the prosthesis.

3. If the prosthesis is large, use sterilized scissors to cut the product to the scale appropriate to the size of the product.

4. With one hand supporting the inlet of the product, the other hand holds the prosthesis toward the outlet of the product. Move the sleeve like it's being squeezed out.

5. Propel the prosthesis slightly out of the product outlet to check the direction of the prosthesis.

6. Insert the end of the outlet of the product about 1cm inside the skin incision line and apply force to the product until the prosthesis comes out.

7. Push out the prosthesis as it is applied.- This product is disposable and cannot be reused. Discard after use.

*Precautions for Use

1. Do not expose the product to surface contaminants.

2. Excessive force may damage the prosthesis.

3. Do not use it if the packaging is damaged or opened.

4. Dispose of used products according to the procedure.
